If you just want to have a try and are not ready for our short-term classes, then our taster classes are best for you! 

 

Within two hours you will learn the skills of basic wheel throwing and make two works on the wheels.

If you want to bring your works home, our professional artists will help you trim and glaze the work (white glaze only) for an extra $60 (including firing). If you want to complete your own work, you can upgrade to our short-term classes later.

These classes are very suitable for beginners who do not have any experience in pottery. In our short-term class, you will gain more comprehensive knowledge about pottery and make your own work step-by-step.

 

Our short-term classes are divided into three stages: wheel throwing, trimming and glazing classes. Each class is two hours long totaling 6 hours over three classes. At the end of these classes, you will have two independently completed works, which you can take home after firing which is included in the class cost.

If you have already finished our short-term classes, or have some experience with pottery and want to take yourself to the next level, you are welcome to join our long-term classes to learn more techniques such as how to throw a plate, coffee cup or teapot.

 

There are 10 sessions (each session 2 hours) in our long-term classes. In these advanced lessons, you can improve your skills and try different clay and glazes. You can make your own set of tableware and tea sets, enlighten your creativity and bring your own ideas to life!
